We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan, as well as secure online payments via Bank Transfer and JazzCash/EasyPaisa for your convenience.
How long does shipping take within Pakistan?
Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days for major cities and 5 to 7 business days for remote areas.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for items that are damaged or significantly different from the description. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email, which you can use on our courier partner's website to monitor your shipment.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?
